Lily McKenzie- Support Machine EP Packshot

South London’s own Lily McKenzie is our One To Watch.

London is full to the brim with immense talent and one of those underground stars is Lily Mckenzie, a singer/songwriter and pianist. After a string of releases, she has dropped her latest EP “Support Machine” featuring fellow South Londoner Giggs. The Brit School alumnus has gone from strength to strength since her debut single “Where I Belong“. The first time I saw her perform she not only had a soulful warmth to her songs but she created a bond with the audience that was truly enchanting. Lily has been building up heat from live gigs and shout outs from SBTV, Earmilk and Clash Magazine, who premiered his latest single. Working with the likes of Wiley and Breakage (to name but a few) has aided her craft, leading to performances at Maida Vale and Notting Hill Arts Club and if you where lucky enough to go T in the Park a few years back, you would have caught her on the BBC Introducing stage. In preparation for the release of “Support Machine EP” on 30th March 2014, Lily will be doing a live show at The Basement from 8pm with DJ’s Seb Chew, Martelo and Leo G all the way till the early morn. The show is guest list only so for more details check out the Facebook event page.
