French producer Somepling releases his latest EP, Life Per Day, in digital and vinyl formats.
Releasing music on vinyl these days can be quite costly, especially if you do it more than once. But in exchange for that cost, you get a brilliant and unique type of sound quality that CDs and mp3s don’t possess. Somepling knew this last time he did a self-released vinyl project called Mellowbay Keys. His new EP, Life Per Day, is out now on 12″ as opposed to the 7″ used for Mellowbay Keys. Somepling has chosen a jazz palette for Life Per Day, complete with vinyl crackle and off-kilter chops.
