Courtesy of the Red Bull Music Academy, FlyLo has blessed us all with a new mini-documentary showing behind the scenes of his new live audiovisual show, Layer 3 – in support of the Until The Quiet Comes tour. It’s an intergalactic mind trip, thanks to visual artists Strangeloop and Timeboy, teleporting the music of Flying Lotus into the fifth dimension using two transparent scrims and interactive projectors from either side. It’s nothing short of spectacular and I really hope it’ll feature in London, when he performs at Troxy on 16th November (as I’ll be there).
