Stomping Gamay
Good news: Jahari Massamba Unit are back with a second album called YHWH Is Love, set for release on 1st March. Even better news: we have a cut off the LP to listen to until then, and it’s called Stomping Gamay. It’s more of the same from the Karriem Riggins/Madlib jazz combination; the latter leads the way with exotic melodies while the former keeps the time and the rhythms with his patented drumming.
