Jessie Ware is pretty hot right now (take that how you will). Having won numerous plaudits for her debut album and now making moves over the Atlantic, there’s now a video for her new single, Imagine It Was Us. The Julio Bashmore-produced track takes Jessie in a slightly different direction, more post-disco/housey than her electronic soul offerings on Devotion, but keeps her within the same era. The video shows Jessie in some funky bangs, partying under the spot lights. The clubs both here and the States will lap this up and I expect numerous remixes to follow.
