THROWBACK THURSDAY: Seal Interview (1991)

Remember when Seal had hair? Relive 1991 with this interview for Throwback Thursday.

Before he became known worldwide for his hit single Kiss From A Rose, Seal had already released his first self-titled album. We all know him now for being bald but back in 1991, Seal had a full head of hair and a love of leather, mixing the funky rock style of Sly Stone and Jimi Hendrix and the abstract lyricism of Joni Mitchell. In this interview for a French TV station, Seal talks about his debut album, his political views (or lack of – he only wanted peace and love) and his famous collaboration with Adamski on the track “Killer“. And all the while, casually eating an apple LIKE A BAWSE.
