So, Oxnard native Oh No decided to remix Strong Arm Steady’s Stereotype and Stones Throw had kept it all under wraps until it was fully completed and ready for the masses. Today is the day of reckoning.
For those unfamiliar with the original album, Stereotype was released last year, with the beats produced by Statik Selektah (Population Control, 2012, Well Done). Oh No then flipped the fourteen tracks and transformed it into a shorter album – seven vocal tracks and the usual Oh No interludes. For thirty minutes of audio, this is some good stuff.
