After a short hiatus, Auxx has announced a new project entitled ‘AX/20’. The four-track project will be his first release under the moniker since his 2017’s ’23/09′ and it will feature a remastered version of Lead 3, the mind-bending single endorsed by Brainfeeder’s Iglooghost and our fave Kidkanevil.
Those familiar with Auxx’s work will know that it’s been eclectic and experimental since started producing in 2013 and AX/20 is no exception. There are plenty of sonic nuances that blur and tear apart stylistic boundaries. It’s just what he does. The artist’s technical ability is second to none and his ability to bridge the gaps between off-kilter hip-hop and ambient soundscapes is evident on tracks like ‘Any Way You Can’, a throwback to his local Bristol beat scene connections.
