If you love [adult swim], you’ll surely love Brandon*’s Bump Worthy: Music For [adult swim] Lovers. Naturally.
I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love [adult swim] but apart from the hilarious programming, it’s the bumps that I really covet. For those unfamiliar with “bumps”, they are “a showbiz term for the black & white Adult Swim commercials that you see before and after the real commercials. They ‘bump’ up against the show segments, hence the name” (definition courtesy of adult swim themselves). With this in mind, US producer Brandon* decided to do a whole album of “bump worthy” beats and we have to agree with the sentiment. There are some notable samples in here – we’ll let you wig out on those once you discover them – and on the whole, they fit the aesthetic brief Brandon* set himself.
