Somehow, we missed Vol. II of Crillmatic’s NSFW: Set The Mood mixes. Vol. II is different to Vol. I in that Crillmatic built it from scratch but his intentions to ‘set the mood’ are still there and that he does, starting off with Jay Dee and moving through the good years of R&B and soul, from Minnie Riperton and Barry White to Cee-Lo and Jesse Boykins III. Vol. III is more of the same and it includes Justin Timberlake’s Strawberry Bubblegum, off his latest album.
