Normally, if someone uploads a sketch or rough beat, it’s something you can just appreciate in the moment and not take too seriously but in this case, the beat is worthy of recognition outside my own lug holes. His sophomore album One Of Many won many plaudits but for ‘I’ve Gotta Keep That Bounce!‘, Lau decided to mess around with a Roy Ayers sample and add his own “bounce” and head knocking sensibilities. Making tracks for fun at this level? Imagine what more he could achieve when he takes it seriously.
