Canada’s Tim Wong is our One To Watch.
Despite the name, we don’t just cover sample-based music here at Sampleface; we have a high level of appreciation for the musicians who compose their own stuff. Tim Wong does just that and does it across a wide range of genres. The Canadian producer recently set up a new Soundcloud account and uploaded some examples of his eclectic work. One of my favourites from the pack was Just Breath which is practically begging for a rap/singing feature. Wong has previously worked with UK emcee Reps Reppatwa. Looking forward to hearing plenty more from Mr Wong.
