Groove Pizzeria is a 16-step sequencer in your browser

Make rhythms in your browser with Groove Pizzeria.

Rhythm sequencers can be as cheap or as expensive as you want them to be (depending on your needs). But with Groove Pizzeria, you don’t have to pay a thing to use it.

Groove Pizzeria is a project by Tyler Bisson, made using JavaScript to “demonstrate polyrhythm and polymeter”. There are two circles that can play the following instruments:

  • 909 kick, clap, hat
  • 808 pitched bongos
  • Wood
  • Concrete

You can also use MIDI output on both channels but that’s for Chrome only. There are up to 16 steps and you can alter the tempo, BPM, and loop length.

Try Groove Pizzeria yourself.
