Ukraine’s KLIM beats takes us to The Lost World with his latest beat tape.
A while back, I wrote a piece on Ukrainian hip hop for another blog and came across KLIM beats. He was arguably the best guy I found during my research and I’m glad he’s released another album of dope beats. This one is called The Lost World and judging by some of SOLDs next to some of the tracks, they’re up for sale. Not surprising as these beats are like audio catnip. Bumping heavy, soulful chops and with a lovely balance of off-rhythm swing, KLIM has paid attention to the predecessors who have clearly influenced his craft.
