Prince and his band 3rd Eye Girl offer up a stonking cover of Let’s Go Crazy.
Not many artists can cover their own track and change it up into something so different and so awesome. But Prince isn’t like (m)any artists. After announcing a mini tour of the West Coast, Prince has thrown up a version of Let’s Go Crazy from his classic Purple Rain album and it’s POWERFUL. The gritty fuzz runs throughout the track, allowing the maestro from Minnesota to meander into his usual impromptu guitar soloing that we’re always here for. Seriously, it’s a whole new song.
