SoulAndMusic of NugenSoul drops his debut EP, I Introduce Soul, with cuts by Scott Xylo.
SoulAndMusic (real name Samuel Chuku) is a rapper from London and his debut EP I Introduce Soul a few hours ago. The four-track EP features SoulAndMusic rapping over two Dilla and Apollo Brown beats and two Scott Xylo beats. Mixing in anime samples with soulful chops, SoulAndMusic’s lyrics and flow really stand out against the music. There’s a hint of a 90’s style in his delivery and his articulation is sharp without being abrasive on the ear. Clearly, this guy cares about what message he’s putting out for the masses.
