One of the biggest advocates for innovation within music, particularly from a hip hop perspective, is Young Guru. We featured his PopTech lecture a few months ago where he talked about the fine line between sampling and piracy. Here, YG puts his Google Glass to good use as he walked through Los Angeles looking for musical inspiration. His journey took him to a restaurant and it wasn’t long before a track took his fancy. Young Guru’s use of his Google Glass was inspiring in itself and I don’t know about you but I want one after watching this.
